We are comparing apples to oranges trying to connect what is happening now in Pakistan and what Che was trying to do in Bolivia. The similarities in both events are that Che and The United States were/are trying to change the way individuals think. The differences are that Che was all about socialism while The United States is all about democracy. Che used more of a violent approach while The United States uses more of a force.
